2012

Meilenstein is officially registered in the commercial register of Castrop Rauxel.
Operations begin with minimal resources: a desk, a rickety dining table chair, and a pinboard.
Initial projects focus on serving companies in the metal processing, telecommunications, and energy supply sectors.

2012 - 2017

Establishment of the foundational framework for growth.
Overcoming challenges to expand the team through continuous effort.

2017

Meilenstein welcomes its first trainee, marking a milestone in its commitment to nurturing talent.
The trainee's unique experience includes participation in projects both domestically and internationally, setting him apart in his vocational school class.

2020

Recognizing the need for larger premises, plans are made to transition to new business premises.
Nine rooms are acquired to accommodate the expanding team, with a vision to create an extravagant workspace tailored to employees' preferences.
